Day 4, Afternoon
Doctor met with Jamie. Jacque's speech is very weak and he failed the swallow test. His voice is changing meaning possible progression of the disease. The doctor said he would do one more day of iv therapy. He will reevaluate tomorrow to determine whether or not he will need plasmapheresis--blood cleaning.

Thinking of you and the family...........praying for healing
ReplyDeleteContinuing to pray for you guys. I've always admired the two of you for your strength & your faith. May you lean on our Heavenly Father now to face whatever you have to face from day to day. In Joshua 1:9 God tells us "Be strong & courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go". Laure you have always been there for Cassidy & me so if there is anything we can do please just let me know.

Praying for Jacque,you,the kids,and the grands-I know with our backgrounds that prayer is what's needed most--I am thankful that God had it planned long ago to put Jaimie where she is---nothing is by chance--When the time comes then Jacque can take up the slack--Tell Jacque to hang in there---waiting is the hardest--Love you all Dianne Smith
